A 61-year-old female was referred to our clinic for an evaluation of persistent erythema and pruritus of the eyebrows which was present since childhood. She had been previously diagnosed with eczema and lichen planopilaris, for which she was prescribed tacrolimus 0.1% ointment and latanoprost, without clinical improvement.
